Overview

This article explains how to disable sleep mode on the A920Pro device.


Before you begin

You need access to the Settings app on the A920Pro device.


Steps

  1. On the home screen, where all apps are displayed, select the Settings app.
  2. At the password prompt, enter pax9876@@, then select OK.
  3. Find and select Display.
  4. Find and select Sleep.
  5. Select Never.
  6. Select the triangle Back button at the bottom of the screen until you return to the home screen.

Outcome

Sleep mode is disabled on the A920Pro device.


Troubleshooting

  • You cannot open Settings - Return to the home screen and look for the Settings app where all apps are displayed.
  • The password prompt does not accept the password - Re-enter pax9876@@ exactly as shown.
  • You cannot find the Sleep option - Open Display first, then look for Sleep.
