Introduction

To receive Chargeback and Daily Batching Notification emails in InTouch Pay, users must enable these settings within their account. Additionally, district administrators must update User Roles to grant appropriate permissions for chargeback management. Follow the steps below to configure these settings.

Opting in for Chargeback and Daily Batching Notifications

To enable Chargeback and Batch Notifications:

  1. Log into InTouch Pay.
  2. Click the Menu button.

  1. Click your name.

  1. Check the boxes for both Batch Notifications and Chargeback Notifications.
  2. Click the Save button.

Updating User Roles for Chargeback Access

Administrators must update User Role settings in InTouch Pay to allow users to view chargeback details and submit supporting documentation.

  1. Click the Menu button.
  2. Click Setup.

  1. Click User Roles under the Users heading.

  1. Click the Edit button for the appropriate User Role.

  1. Click into the Functions tab.
  2. Check the Chargebacks box under the Credit Cards heading.
  3. Click the Save button.

Enabling Notification Settings for User Roles

  1. Click into the Misc tab.
  2. Set the Batch Notifications dropdown to Yes.
  3. Set the Chargeback Notifications dropdown to Yes.
  4. Click the Save button.
