Steps to Clear a Fine/Fee
- Go to Point of Sale.
- Lookup and select the customer.
- View their fines/fees.
- Click a fine or fee to reveal additional information.

- Click Clear.

- Select the appropriate reason code and optionally enter a memo.

- Click Save.
