  1. Go to Point of Sale.
  2. Lookup and select the customer.
  3. View their fines/fees.
  4. Click a fine or fee to reveal additional information. Fine/fee details
  5. Click ClearClear fine/fee
  6. Select the appropriate reason code and optionally enter a memoReason code and memo
  7. Click Save.
